As part of The People’s Church family, the First Spanish United Methodist Church, Harlem Palestine Peacewalk for Justice and Liberation, the New Era Young Lords, Freedom Center, and other community partners all collaborate to serve our community. We are stronger together!
POLITICAL EDUCATION
Sunday 3-5 PM
The New Era Young Lords are hosting political education classes to help us understand why things are the way they are and what to do about it!

Our holistic approach to healing recognizes our need for spiritual and physical wholeness. Our dedicated Holistic Healing Ministry, in partnership with Proyecto Salud y Acupuntura Para El Pueblo (Health and Acupuncture for the People), offers transformative treatments like auricular acupuncture to help with health issues, addictions, stress, and trauma.
We're also proud to collaborate with a Queer POC organization to provide reiki and energy healing services. These partnerships enrich our offerings, ensuring a wide range of healing options for our community. Join us in this journey of holistic well-being, where every aspect of your health and spirit is nurtured.
The Freedom Center offers a time for justice-seekers and healers of all faith traditions to build community, learn, work, and have some fun with old and friends while fighting fascism together. Please join us, and bring some healthy food to share if you can!
